Jeff Johnson started Xylinx in 2017 realizing he and his team could deliver financial consulting, outsourced CFO, and accounting and tax needs to lower to middle market companies that meet clients expectations without high prices that usually come with great service and deliverables if Xylinx focused on the client and efficiencies instead of its own bottom line.
Jeff Johnson brings over 20 years of experience working with almost a thousand clients in over a dozen different industries. Jeff’s experience in building his own practice within larger companies has given him the incite on how to develop teams that are industry focused, along with cross training between stage of company and the services needed to avoid the client needing to be the middle man between advisory teams.
Jeff holds an A.B. from Harvard University in Statistics. He earned his CFA designation in 2008 while he was a portfolio manager at a boutique wealth management firm in San Francisco.
