An entrepreneur herself, Pam founded Pivot Business Group in 2016 and grew it from a solo fractional CFO practice into a multi-seven-figure financial services firm with more than 20 team members. After successfully exiting Pivot through its acquisition by Xylinx in 2026, Pam brought her experience as both a financial expert and business owner to the Xylinx leadership team.
Today, Pam leads sales and marketing initiatives focused on growing the Xylinx brand, building strategic relationships, and connecting business owners with the financial expertise they need to grow with confidence.
